The Fitness & Lifestyles Expo will bring you a unique experience combining participation, motivation, and education of living a healthy and active lifestyle here in the paradise of South Florida.

This event has something for everyone to enjoy and experience from the kids to seniors and everyone in between. The Fitness and Lifestyles Team has embraced the mission to always help those less fortunate and so we will be raising money for several different charitable organizations that make our community strong and help Humanity.

The expo celebrates the healthy active lifestyle with spirited competitions, seminars, family fun, more causal participant events and plenty for the people who just want to just stroll around watch and take it all in.
